kxo8 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the Member", "you ") and kxo8 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the kxo8 platform accessible at kxo8.app and all associated services, features, and content offered therein. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any individual who interacts with the kxo8 platform in any capacity.

By accessing kxo8.app, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the kxo8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kxo8 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and kxo8. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

kxo8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kxo8 will provide reasonable notice to registered members via the email address on file or via an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the kxo8 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. kxo8 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering, or using any service offered by kxo8.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party. All accounts must be registered, funded, and operated by the named account holder personally.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of kxo8, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of kxo8 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from kxo8 or had an account closed by kxo8 for breach of these Terms.

kxo8 actively deploys age-verification checks during the registration process and may conduct additional verification checks on existing accounts at any time. Players found to have provided false information regarding their age during registration will have their accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

To access the full range of kxo8 services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka, BDT). You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any time.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active kxo8 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, or using a different device, email address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kxo8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and permanently ban the individual from the platform. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kxo8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kxo8 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kxo8 support immediately at [email protected].

Identity Verification (KYC)

kxo8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage of your membership:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account in your name)

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed. kxo8 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

kxo8 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market. All transactions on the kxo8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are available to Bangladesh-based players:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi institutions
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically confirmed within 60 seconds of transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your kxo8 wallet, depending on your bank's processing times. kxo8 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. kxo8 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–4 hours for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 business day for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification being complete. kxo8 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Currency & Exchange

All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses on kxo8 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kxo8 does not operate a multi-currency conversion service. Players are responsible for any foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges applied by their own payment provider.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. kxo8 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing 30 days' advance notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice following the dormancy period.

kxo8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all kxo8 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered members who have completed the standard account registration process and satisfied any applicable verification requirements.
• Each bonus offer specifies its own minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement (rollover multiplier), eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period. These terms are displayed in full at the point of opt-in.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated bonus expiry window. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered in full before any withdrawal request from a bonus-associated balance will be approved.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be transferred between kxo8 accounts.
• kxo8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time for players who have not yet opted in. Bonuses already claimed and in-progress are honoured under the terms active at the time of claim.

Bonus Abuse

kxo8 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities classified as bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements (i.e., "bonus hunting"), using automated software to systematically claim offers, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. kxo8 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the kxo8 platform, spanning the sports betting section, the live casino, the slots lobby, and all other game types offered. Specific game rules are additionally published within each game interface and, in the case of sports betting, within the applicable market rules.

Sports Betting

All bets placed on kxo8 are binding once confirmed. kxo8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time of placement, or where the odds displayed were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error. Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). kxo8 does not accept liability for bets placed on the basis of unofficial or unconfirmed score information.

Casino & Live Casino

All casino games offered on the kxo8 platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that game outcomes are statistically independent and unpredictable. Live dealer games are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are subject to those providers' game rules, which are displayed within the relevant game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino session, kxo8 will use server-side session records to determine the outcome of any interrupted round.

Maximum Winnings

kxo8 applies a maximum single-event payout cap of ৳20,00,000 (Twenty Lakh Taka) per bet or game round. Winnings exceeding this cap will be paid at the maximum cap value. This limit applies regardless of the stake placed or the theoretical return on the bet. For accumulator bets, the cap applies to the total combined return across all legs.

Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, corrupted game data, or software malfunction — kxo8 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds. "Manifest error" means an error that is obvious and objectively verifiable, not simply a result that a player disputes. kxo8 will not be liable for any winnings generated as a direct result of a platform error.

kxo8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered members from the account settings page, without the need to contact customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly Taka deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, your account is automatically paused for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive on-screen notifications when your active session reaches a duration you have pre-set.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Temporary exclusions range from 1 week to 12 months. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed. During any exclusion period, all kxo8 marketing communications are immediately suspended.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen summaries of your session duration and net win/loss position, displayed at intervals you configure.

kxo8 trains its support team to recognise indicators of problem gambling and to respond with empathy and appropriate guidance. Where our team identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling, we may proactively contact the member concerned and suggest the use of responsible gaming tools — this is done in the member's interest and does not constitute any admission of liability on kxo8's part.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kxo8 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where legally required — reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual (duplicate account creation)
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 18
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports fraud
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to kxo8
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player game type
• Using the kxo8 platform for any money-laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity
• Attempting to charge back, dispute, or reverse any deposit transaction without first attempting to resolve the matter with kxo8 support
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kxo8 support staff or other members through any communication channel

kxo8 employs active fraud detection systems that monitor for the patterns described above. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, kxo8 reserves the right to freeze account access and funds pending investigation without prior notice. Investigation outcomes are final and binding.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kxo8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kxo8 platform or any of its services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond kxo8's reasonable control — including but not limited to ISP outages, power failures, or Bangladesh mobile network disruptions
• Delays in deposit confirmation or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banks)
• Losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, betting markets, or bonus terms
• Any loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity, whether foreseeable or not, arising from the use or non-use of the kxo8 platform

kxo8's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kxo8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights, obligations, or the cost of using the platform — kxo8 will notify registered members via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at kxo8.app/terms-conditions and is dated with its effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the kxo8 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Closure by the Player

You may close your kxo8 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method (provided KYC requirements are satisfied and no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding). Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

Account Closure by kxo8

kxo8 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false information; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; account inactivity beyond the dormancy period; or at kxo8's reasonable discretion for any other reason consistent with our obligations as a responsible platform operator. Where an account is closed by kxo8 due to the player's own breach of these Terms, kxo8 reserves the right to retain any balance as damages.
